I - AIRPORT TRANSFER  

Being private houses, Bed & Breakfasts are more difficult to find and access than hotels. For this reason, an airport transfer service is offered: it is available night and day, at the same rate of US$ 25 per car for Beirut (1 to 3 people). When you chose to choose to take advantage of this transfer, you are kindly requested to provide us with your flight details (time of arrival, airline company, flight number). Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of Beirut International Rafic Hariri Airport and will be holding a sign with your name on it.

III - LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals are not a problem. Especially in these cases, we highly advise to take advantage of the airport transfer service.

IV - MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS

For Bed & Breakfast reservations, a minimum of two consecutive nights is required.

V - PAYMENT

Payment for the total invoice amount is made on arrival at your first accommodation, by check made payable to L'HOTE LIBANAIS (for amounts over US$ 400 or € 300) or cash. Non-payment of the total invoice amount results in the cancellation of the unpaid services.

VI - BREAKFAST AND ADDITIONAL MEALS

Breakfast is included in the tariff. It is generally offered between 7am and 10am. If you would like to have lunch or dinner at your Bed & Breakfast, the rate per person for an additional meal is US$ 10. Bed & Breakfasts being private homes and not hotels, it is sometimes not possible to have lunch or dinner. In these cases, do not hesitate to ask your hosts for advices on nearby restaurants and snacks.

VII - "HOSPITALITY" VS "SERVICE"

Your hosts welcome you as they would welcome their friends, and attach great importance to making you experience Lebanese hospitality firsthand. It is nevertheless important to keep in mind that our hosts are there to welcome their guests, but not to serve them. At L'HOTE LIBANAIS, we prefer the idea "hospitality" over that of "service" and count on the good manners and elegance of our customers to appreciate our hosts' hospitality without abusing it.

VIII - CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fees are charged when the cancellation request is received 15 days or more prior to the first night booked. The first night is charged when the cancellation request is received 3 days or more prior to the first night booked. The total booking amount is charged when the cancellation request is received less than 3 days prior to the first night booked and in case of no-show.
