The dream of an architect. In the heart of the Lebanese mountains, your host, a Lebanese architect, built the house he has always dreamed of. And because he wanted the place to be a haven of peace and serenity, he chose to locate it in a valley where nature has been preserved almost intact.

A variety of influences. In this green oasis, Arabian lines and references to the traditional Lebanese house meet the influence of modern architecture: interplay between inner and outer spaces, use of natural light, careful integration of the building in its environment...

Mixed materials. To build the house, your host used two materials: freestone and "teen", a mixture of mud and straw formerly used in old peasant Lebanese houses.
